Yoga, meditation & breathwork have been powerful tools for my healing and regulating my nervous system.
As I move into my 50s, I feel amazing! All those years of looking after myself are definitely paying off.
However, I definitely have noticed shifts in my concentration, changing cycles and not dropping as deeply into sleep.
I am so passionate about helping others to understand what is happening in their bodies and hormones so they feel less alone, confused and crazy!
So many women are told they are fine, and they must just be depressed!

Our hormones, like cortisol and insulin are more sensitive to changes as our hormones drop, so adrenal support and nervous system is key !
