I teach a compassionate yet dynamic yoga class, taking students on a journey through the chakras to connect deeper to the more subtle energy and body and nervous system.
Weaving in the ancient teachings to help students to incorporate yoga into their lives on and off the mat, I love to blend in my love of energy, reiki, chakras and Ayurvedic wisdom to enhance the practice.
I am a senior yoga teacher of 16 years, since 2009, combining Hatha Vinyasa, Jivamukti Yoga and Ashtanga influences as well as Zen Qi Yoga, Quantum (Ayurvedic) Yoga and Seane Corn, sharing a love for chakras, to journey deeper.
I have also been strongly influenced by Clive Sheridan, incorporating meditation and pranayama into my yoga classes and now Rebirthing & other breathwork techniques.
Yoga is a traditional art that has been practised for thousands of years to relieve stress, expel negative energy, detoxify & nourish organs, improve the function of the nervous system and enhance wisdom, fitness and flexibility.
I teach Hatha vinyasa flow and yin yoga, using modifications to allow all levels to access the practice.
