My 8 Week Chakra Online Container is a transformational experience that gently guides you through your inner world — using the ancient wisdom of the chakras — so you can feel safe in your body, release limiting beliefs, express your truth, connect with your purpose and create the life of your dreams.

This is a bringing together of so many of my passions into one place!!

As some of you know, as a Reiki master too, I love teaching yoga through the lens of our energy centres, chakras. I feel it helps to take people on a journey and connect deeper to the unseen, more subtle energies and elements. Going from the more dense, physical body to feel safe and supported with a regulated nervous system, to opening up to the more subtle, light energy as we expand upwards.

This will be our container as we go on a journey of yoga, pranayama and meditation, as well as guided processes, coaching and 1:1 sessions to help you to gain more awareness of your patterns, limiting beliefs & blocks - mental, physical, spiritual & emotional, that might be holding you back from stepping into your true light & power.

We will also do opening & closing ceremonies, cacao ceremonies & Rebirthing breathwork journeys. There will be a workbook and journal prompts to integrate the content and a chance to share on the live calls.

It's time to shine brightly and get clarity and feel more energised!

It's a powerful container to also share with other beautiful souls in a circle and closed group, knowing you're not alone in your struggles.

You will also have access to me as you shift and heal and move through perhaps some shadow, icky emotions as we start to uncover those parts of ourselves, make friends with them, feel all the feels and release them.

This is more fun done with friends, than alone!
