Intuitive bodywork is very powerful, helping to release physical tension as well as blocks at an emotional and energetic level as well.

My sessions can include mostly massage or a combination depending on the needs of the client and what intuitively comes up in each session. I often use sound and reiki and even some breathwork if required to help you fully relax and drop deeper into your body.

I am trained in Swedish & Remedial and I love combining my love for massage with energy healing, tapping into your needs and working intuitively with your body and more subtle energy body.

I use natural oils and essential oils and crystals. Often we will tap into some intentions and oracle card readings first to settle in and perhaps some guided meditations and deep breaths.

If required, we can combine these sessions in my packages, with deeper healing, Reiki Bodytalk if we need to release a deeper subconscious level and even naturopathy sessions if physical symptoms arise.
