I offer 1:1 sessions to help you go deeper. I use many modalities for holistic healing from Naturopathy to Reiki & Bodytalk energy healing as well as Breathwork for nervous system regulation and Intuitive massage to release tension at a deeper level.

My story 

Naturopathy has been so amazing on my healing journey. I used to work crazy hours in corporate and then party and exercise hard. I suffered from anxiety, gut issues and bloating as I was always pushing myself to achieve, do better and not wanting to be with my feelings and having time for myself.

This resulted in chronic fatigue and adrenal burnout that I healed through naturopathy, meditation and yoga as well as kinesiology.

Using beautiful herbs, nutrients and minerals and learning more about foods that worked for me, I felt amazing. I slowed down, listened to my body more, meditation & yoga calmed my nervous system and I was much more present and connected to my body and emotions. No longer needing to numb it out with alcohol and partying.

Bodytalk & Reiki energy healing also have been amazing to go deeper into the subconscious and combine really well with breathwork to drop people into their body so they are more open and receptive to the energy work.

Much of my own energy healing journey has been through the gift of energy healing, Bodytalk & kinesiology, as well as natural medicine.

Adding these beautiful modalities to my toolbox is helping me to see much quicker results as I work on not just the physical but also the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects that are blocking optimum health as well as the energy body.
