EVENTS ARE A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO COME TOGETHER IN CIRCLE FOR CONNECTION & A DEEPER DIVE INTO YOUR PRACTICE IF YOU CAN’T GET AWAY ON RETREAT WITH ME.

I have been really called to go deeper with my lovely yoga students and create opportunities where we can come together in circle, to share and connect with each other. 

I love teaching yoga in group classes, especially outside by the ocean. 

I am also feeling the call to create a space where we can go deeper without committing to a full yoga retreat. 

My RESET & RENEW Breathwork & Sound events will become a regular occurrence to take time out every few weeks or every month for yourself to connect back to your breath, and let go of old parts of you that are no longer in harmony. 

To find answers within that you weren’t able to hear amongst our busy lives and commitments. 

This event will be a chance to drop in deeply, allow your nervous system to reset and recalibrate and heal body, mind and soul.

Rebirthing breathwork, the ‘yin’ of breathwork is gentle yet powerful. It’s amazing the sensations and shifts it can bring. 

Dropping us into a theta state, and dropping beyond the monkey mind you can release old layers of you, trauma, stress & tension that no longer serve you. 

Sound healing is a deeper layer, allowing integration as well as enjoying all the amazing benefits of sound healing:

• calm our nervous systems and reduces stress & anxiety
• purifies our bodies, made up of water to help release and let go of stagnant energy & unresolved emotions
• purifies our throat chakra and other energy centres through the sound vibration
• drop us out of flight & fight into rest & digest nervous system
• helps us to gain clarity and purpose
