There will be yoga classes, guided meditation and pranayama practices to calm the mind, open up the body, moving through the chakras to shift at a physical, energetic, mental & spiritual level and release old emotions attached to the different energy centres of fear, guilt, shame, grief, lies, delusion & confusion. To release blocks through the centres, organs and endocrines.
Somatic practices & breathwork to help shift old stagnant energy, limiting beliefs and imprints, wounds & trauma held in the body.
You will learn daily practices to help you take this course into your daily life and see big transformations.
